 We are committed to delivering only authentic, high-quality vape and cartridge products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. General Return Conditions

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted through our support team or contact form before shipping the item back

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or non-functional upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer one of the following solutions based on the situation:

  • A replacement unit shipped at no cost

  • A store credit for the full purchase value

  • A full refund, including any shipping charges, if no replacement is available

Proof of damage or defect (photos or videos) may be required to process your claim.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used vape pens, disposables, or e-liquid pods

  • Items purchased as clearance or final sale

  • Consumables (e-liquids, cartridges) once unsealed

Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at [your support email or link] within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos if applicable

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome and process any eligible refund within 5–7 business days

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund

  • In case of partial returns, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error

6. Warranty Claims

Most devices are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty (typically 6–12 months). If your item becomes defective during the warranty period:

  • Contact our support team for assistance

  • We will help file a warranty claim with the manufacturer

  • Proof of purchase and product serial numbers may be required

Warranty coverage does not include damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or wear and tear.

7. Wholesale Orders

For wholesale or bulk purchases, return eligibility and terms may differ and are addressed in your individual agreement or contract. Please contact your account manager directly for assistance.

8. International Returns

We accept international returns under the same conditions stated above. However, we are not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs clearance delays on returns. Please mark any return shipment as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid unnecessary fees.
